We'll then use a range of tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our public relations activities. Depending on what we're doing, this can include social media measurement, website traffic, surveys, backlinks, rankings, media monitoring and sentiment.

We'll agree together on the frequency of reporting and will provide this to you in a suitable format.
